Transforming Latino Leadership in America

The Harvard Latino Law, Policy and Business Conference is jointly hosted by student groups at Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School.  Now entering into its 14th year, the conference features Latino leaders from the private, public and non-profit sectors to discuss issues of importance to the Latino community.  Throughout its history the conference has sparked dialogue across disciplines; provided networking opportunities among fellow students, alumni and professionals; and inspired the next generation of Latino leaders.

This year’s conference theme is Latino Leadership in the U.S. and will address the obstacles that Latinos face in attaining positions of power. The conference will highlight the personal success stories of prominent Latino leaders across sectors, as well as individuals who have founded or led model efforts to increase Latino leadership in government, law, and business.  Inspired by personal lessons of success, conference participants will be challenged to generate innovative ideas about how to broadly increase Latino leadership across sectors in the U.S.
